Takadai Meadows is founded on a fairly simple philosophy: chi-san, chi-shou (地産 地消) local food for local consumption. The organic food and wines we produce on the farm will supply our farm restaurant, the future boutique Takadai hotel as well as other venues in the area.

We’ll take care of feeding bodies, while the beauty of the vineyards, fields and wide, wide horizons will be food for the eyes. Our main idea is to work with nature and at natures pace to plant seeds with an eye on how the produce will taste on the table.
